Buckhill is proud to announce that we have joined ACORD as a Solution Provider Electronic Standards Member, strengthening our commitment to industry-wide data standards and the modernisation of global insurance operations.
As the global standards-setting body for the insurance and related financial services industries, ACORD plays a critical role in shaping the future of data exchange, regulatory alignment, and system interoperability. Through this membership, Buckhill gains access to key frameworks such as the Global Reinsurance and Large Commercial (GRLC) standards; which support structured messaging and digital collaboration between brokers, carriers, and other market participants.
This step aligns with Buckhill’s ongoing investment in market connectivity and operational efficiency. With our flagship C2MS platform and modular IAM solution Authstack, we are already supporting a wide range of Lloyd’s and company market operations. ACORD membership ensures our systems remain aligned with globally recognised standards, enabling us to serve both new and existing clients with confidence, compliance, and consistency.
“Joining ACORD is a natural extension of our focus on standardisation, interoperability, and long-term value for clients,”
said Stuart Buckell, CEO and Founder at Buckhill.
“With GRLC/ACORD4ALL and various other structured messaging frameworks gaining traction in the London Market and beyond, it’s important that our platforms speak the same language as the wider industry.”
Standards-Based Integrations: Clients can have confidence that Buckhill’s platforms are aligned with widely adopted data standards, making third-party integration and regulatory compliance simpler.
Improved Global Interoperability: ACORD membership supports clients operating across global reinsurance and large commercial markets with tools that improve consistency and reduce duplication.
Future-Proofed Implementations: As markets continue to adopt structured messaging mandates, Buckhill’s access to ACORD materials ensures timely updates and strategic alignment.
Increased Credibility & Collaboration: Buckhill’s alignment with ACORD demonstrates our commitment to best practices and makes us a more interoperable partner for firms adopting GRLC and other global standards.
Shared Language Across Systems: By developing in accordance with ACORD specifications, our solutions reduce friction and support faster integrations with other standards-based platforms.
Vendor Visibility: As a listed vendor on ACORD’s official portal, Buckhill is now more discoverable to insurers, brokers, and market participants seeking aligned, standards-based technology partners.
This partnership strengthens Buckhill’s role as a trusted solution provider within the Lloyd’s and global insurance ecosystem. It also reinforces our long-term roadmap: enabling our clients and partners to grow with confidence, supported by transparent, standardised, and interoperable technologies.
Stay tuned as we continue to expand our ecosystem of partnerships, integrations, and certifications in support of a smarter, more connected insurance market.
