Content Visibility Levels

Public Articles

Available to everyone, no sign-in required. These include introductory guides to the Lloyd's market, the glossary of terms, and general information about C2MS. You can browse and read these articles without creating an account.

Signed-In Articles

Require you to log in with your email and password. These cover operational guides, product configuration, system administration, and detailed how-to articles. If you see a Sign In Required message when trying to view an article, log in to access it.

Customer-Specific Articles

Restricted to members of a specific customer organisation. These articles contain customer-specific workflows, configurations, or product guides tailored to your organisation. They are marked with a purple badge showing the customer name in the sidebar. If you believe you should have access to a customer-specific article, contact your account administrator.

Your account administrator manages your customer organisation access. Ask them if you need customer-specific content.

Navigating the Help Centre

  • The sidebar on the left groups articles by category. Click a category to expand it and see its articles.

  • Articles can be nested — some categories have parent articles with sub-articles underneath.

  • Use the breadcrumb at the top of each article to navigate back to the category or home page.

Searching for Articles

  • Use the search bar on the Help Centre home page to find articles by keyword.

  • The glossary page has its own live search — type a term and the results filter instantly.

  • Search results respect your access level. You will only see articles you are authorised to view.

Your Profile

  • Click your avatar in the top right to access your profile.

  • From there you can update your name, email, password, and profile photo.

Bookmarks and Subscriptions

  • You can bookmark articles to find them quickly later. Bookmarked articles appear in the My Favourites section at the top of the sidebar.

  • You can subscribe to categories to receive notifications when new articles are added.

Feedback

At the bottom of every article you will see a Was this helpful? prompt. Your feedback helps us improve the documentation. If an article is missing information or unclear, let us know.
